The start of building work.
You will see that there have been a tremendous number of changes to school over the half term holiday. Contractors have moved swiftly to board their site and remove storage buildings. A new tarmac pathway enables children and parents to move between the Infant and Junior schools before and after school. Please may I remind you to call at the main school office during the day to sign in or make enquiries. All workmen and visitors on site will be wearing identification badges.
Inside the building, small areas have been boarded off to enable construction work to begin. The children are already fascinated by developments and our first assembly theme is about safety on the premises while work is in progress.
May I remind you of our Information Evening on Thursday 25th February at 6.30 p.m. when the Community Police Officer will talk about traffic around the school and Contractors will outline building developments.
